2. Account Management

2.1 User Responsibilities

• Immediately report unauthorized access
• Ensure account security through strong credentials

2.2 Content Ownership

• You retain IP rights to uploaded content
• Grant us a limited license to display/content
• Prohibit commercial use of others' content

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal or harmful content sharing
• Child endangerment or exploitation
• Unauthorized data collection/scraping
• Reverse engineering or security breaches
• Commercial spam or unauthorized advertising

4. Transaction Framework

4.1 Buyer Obligations

• Verify item legitimacy pre-purchase
• Understand all sales are final unless prohibited by law
• Direct dispute resolution with sellers

4.2 Seller Responsibilities

• Accurate item/service descriptions
• Timely order fulfillment (≤72 hours)
• Tax compliance and reporting

4.3 Fee Structure

• 5% platform fee per transaction
• Stripe processing fees deducted at source
• No refunds on service fees

5. Moderation & Enforcement

• Content review within 24 business hours
• Three-strike policy for violations
• Immediate suspension for child safety issues

6. Liability Provisions

• No warranty for service continuity
• £500 maximum liability cap
• Exclusion of consequential damages

7. Dispute Resolution

3. Exclusive jurisdiction: English Courts

8. Policy Updates

• 30-day notice for material changes
